The White House has developed a plan to force out Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson, whose relationship with President Trump has been strained, and replace him with Mike Pompeo, the C.I.A. director, perhaps within the next several weeks, senior administration officials said on Thursday.
Mr. Pompeo would be replaced at the C.I.A. by Senator Tom Cotton, a Republican from Arkansas who has been a key ally of the president on national security matters, according to the White House plan. Mr. Cotton has signaled that he would accept the job if offered, said the officials, who insisted on anonymity to discuss sensitive deliberations before decisions are announced.
It was not immediately clear whether Mr. Trump has given final approval to the plan, but he has been said to have soured on Mr. Tillerson and in general is ready to make a change at the State Department. Mr. Tillerson was at the White House on Thursday morning, although he was not listed on the White House public schedule.
Asked by reporters if he wanted Mr. Tillerson to stay on the job on Thursday, Mr. Trump said only, “He’s here. Rex is here.”

NBC has fired Matt Lauer, a long-time NBC news anchor and host of the Today Show. The firing comes after a colleague "detailed complaint" about inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace by Lauer.
In a memo, NBC News president, Andrew Lack, said the allegation against Mr. Lauer “represented, after serious review, a clear violation of our company’s standards. As a result, we’ve decided to terminate his employment.”
“While it is the first complaint about his behavior in the over 20 years he’s been at NBC News, we were also presented with reason to believe this may not have been an isolated incident.”
On Wednesday's edition of the Today Show, a near tearful Savannah Guthrie announced the news of her co-host departure. Ms. Guthrie said, “All we can say is we are heartbroken; I’m heartbroken.”
The “Today” staff learned the news shortly before going live. Giving the weather report, a visibly shaken Al Roker said, “I’m still trying to process the news.” Soon after announcing the dismissal, Ms. Guthrie gripped the hand of Hoda Kotb, who was rushed in as an emergency substitute host.
Mr. Lauer’s dismissal was seized upon by President Trump, who went on to ask in a tweet when executives at NBC and Comcast, the network’s parent company, would “be fired for putting out so much fake news.”

After a Monday (Nov. 20) ruling handed down by the Trump Administration, 59,000 Haitian people who were allowed admittance into the U.S. for work and livelihood following the country’s 2010 earthquake will have to return home to Haiti by July of 2019.
According to the New York Times, the Federation for American Immigration Reform’s President Dan Stein said this program was meant to have a termination date. “The notion that this would be reflexively renewed again and again is a corruption of the entire concept,” he said. “It’s not a refugee program or an immigration program. It’s supposed to be reviewed and it’s supposed to be temporary.”
In 2010, a magnitude 7 earthquake rocked Haiti to the core. This left many many Haitians with no homes, no jobs, no schools and no health services. Over 320,000 people lost their lives as a result of the quake as well. For these reasons, then president Barack Obama's administration renewed the Temporary Protected Status program until the country could regain its economic footing.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, the Haitian government is ready to handle the returning citizens, but many of those affected still worry about what their future will hold for them in their home country.

LaVar Ball is furious over Donald Trump’s tweet about his son and the other two UCLA Basketball players who were released from jail time in China.
Ball’s son LiAngelo was arrested this November for shoplifting sunglasses from a Louis Vuitton store in Hangzhou, China. Trump tweets he was the reason that LiAngelo and the other players were out of jail in so many words. LaVar feels as Trump did nothing.
Ball said Trump didn’t go to China to get the boys out, he went to China for a business matter. Trump states that shoplifting in China is a very big deal. Five to Ten years in jail was the proposed sentence.
Then Trump tweets, “...father of LiAngelo is unaccepting (sic) of what I did for his son, I should have left him in jail.”
That just added fuel to the fire. Ball feels, Trump should of went to China to help the boys earlier than his arranged trip.
The fire between them isn’t important this time. Yes, Trump could have stepped in sooner, but better late than never right? In this case, wrong! Ball should be grateful he helped in any way possible. They are back home in the United States and that should be what’s important.
The U.S. Department of Justice is suing AT&T to block its merger with Time Warner. The suit was filed in federal court Monday, with the DOJ saying this merger goes against U.S. antitrust law because AT&T would “use its control of Time Warner’s popular programming as a weapon to harm competition.”
The legal challenge was expected after AT&T rejected a demand by the Justice Department earlier this month to divest its DirecTV unit or Time Warner’s Turner Broadcasting—which contains news network CNN—in order to win antitrust approval.
The litigation is likely to focus on antitrust law and may touch on the motivations for the lawsuit, as President Trump has been a frequent critic of Time Warner-owned CNN. Makan Delrahim, the Justice Department’s antitrust chief, said the lawsuit was triggered by concerns over competition, and has denied there has been any White House influence in the merger proceeding.
In a call with reporters Monday, a Justice Department official said the agency remained open to negotiating a settlement. To gain favor with the antitrust division, the official said, the companies would have to sell off some of their assets. In its complaint, the Justice Department said consumers would most likely face higher prices for cable or satellite television subscriptions because AT&T would be able to charge more for licensing of valuable programming like the NCAA men’s basketball tournament, which is broadcast in large part on Turner networks.
For its part, AT&T sharply rejected the U.S. government’s claims. “Fortunately, the Department of Justice doesn’t have the final say in this matter,” said David R. McAtee II, the company’s general counsel, in a statement. “Rather, it bears the burden of proving to the U.S. District Court that the transaction violates the law. We are confident that the court will reject the government’s claims and permit this merger under longstanding legal precedent.”
According to CBS Philly, Meek Mill’s two- to four-year sentencing has a new chance of being cut short by a long shot after reports have surfaced that Judge Genece E. Brinkley will allow a bail hearing on November 27.
The decision comes after his legal team filed a motion on behalf of his bail, which they are requesting for the Dreamchasers boss as his appeal is currently pending.
It also happens to be the first move and response from Brinkley since handing down the sentence to Meek — the same sentencing that revved up a full investigation on Brinkley and national backlash resulting in protests and demonstrations for Meek’s release.

If you haven’t heard Nicki’s cover photo for Paper Magazine is a must see. The 34-year-old music icon is seen in the photos, having a Minaj with herself. The images aren’t explicit but you can see a lot of Nicki. The photos were meant to top Kim Kardashians nude photo for Paper Magazine in 2014. Well I don’t think anyone can’t beat Kim exposing herself, but I can say Nicki did out do herself this time. Many people think that Nicki needs to change the way she goes about things like this. People feels as Nicki Minaj is already established and her being a sex symbol is tired and played out.
Her pictures have done no harm physical to anyone. She is a beautiful and talented person. And if this is how she wants to portray herself then let her be great. The photos show her with 2 other Nicki’s, like she is going to seduce herself. The idea of the photos was great. 3 Nicki’s at one time! I must say who wouldn’t dream of that. The images display a message that you just need to embrace yourself and don’t be afraid to show who you are.
